Dustin Dinh performed a late summer inspection / checkup / maintenance on the Lennox heat pump we purchased from Berkeys a couple years ago. Dustin was punctual, exceptionally friendly and polite, extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough. After finishing his inspection, he shared photos of key measurements and readings, explaining each in as much detail as I wanted. His final report was that entire system continues to operate perfectly, with no concerns. We are extremely satisfied with Berkeys overall, and the Lennox system itself — it’s been bang-on reliable and very energy efficient. Our experience with Dustin was exceptional even relative to the uniformly positive interactions we’ve had with Berkeys over the years. Five stars once again. ~ Jarrod W

I called Berkeys because I had a backed up kitchen sink. When Robert arrived, he was so kind to my mom, loved in our pups and bit and then got to work. Through conversation he also ended up taking care of our scalding hot water as well as fixing the cold water in my moms restroom shower. He kept us informed the whole time as far as price goes. Before leaving, Robert made a point to go say goodbye to my Mom as well as her pup. Truely the BEST experience I have ever had with a trade coming into my home!!! Robert was never bothered and actually paid attention to our conversation and took care of all of our issues. I will forever use Berkeys and will probably always see if we can request Robert. Chris Kohr and his team were outstanding from start to finish. He relocated and installed a brand-new electrical panel for us among a few other things like switch replacements. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and reassuring. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly, safely, and up to code while still taking the time to explain things. What really set Chris apart was the peace of mind that he gave us. It was evident from the first meeting that he truly cares about the quality of his work and his customers. He answered every single question that I had (even encouraged it). Reliable, knowledgeable, and thorough. Problem with a/c coming on. I called Berkeys around 3:39 on a Fri evening and got an appt for the next day. The office called me around 1 p. m. Sat to tell me tech would be here in 30 min. Christian was right on time and did a great job getting a/c running again. He was very knowledgeable and a super nice guy. This is the usual service we get from Berkeys regardless of service needed. Granted it isn't the next day always, but they are usually very quick getting to you. We have an annual service contract so there was no charge for service. Wouldn't have another company for the services they offer. Having a contract, you get free annual check ups for electrical, a/c and plumbing and service calls. Not counting materials of course. It is easy to keep your home in good shape with Berkeys. I highly recommend!! ~ Val R

I signed up for Berkey's MVP annual inspection program and am glad I did. Their technicians are knowledgeable, polite, punctual, and do an excellent job overall. They have helped me multiple times to stay ahead of small problems before they turn into big ones. And it's not about the money. For a few minor issues, they provided an estimate to fix them, which is always fairly priced, and also explained how I could handle some myself to save a little money. This is what I appreciate about an organization and what keeps me coming back. For big or small issues, I will always trust that Berkey's is doing the right thing, and I will turn to them for any problems I have. ~ Elvis M

I have been using Berkey's for 20+ years. In my experience, they are good with communication, technicians are prompt and keep the homeowner informed, they are respectful of property, and are responsive to questions. I really like the summaries with photos provided after service. Repairs are not the cheapest, but in my limited experience with other HVAC companies, they are on par. I have actually escalated a few estimates and managers have always been willing to talk to me. They always offer additional services based on their observations (upsell), I understand they are in business to make money, but they have never been pushy or demeaning - which would make me a former customer quickly. Most customers (myself included) feel "vulnerable" when it comes to HVAC and I have never felt like I was being taken advantage of by Berkey's. I am glad they are there if a problem arises. ~ Joe M

We had a leak at our house with no idea, where it was coming from. We called Berkeys, and the assistant was gracious, responsive and provided the information and service that I needed. She got someone out to us later, on the same day. The technician, Derrick, was respectful and polite. He explained everything and answered all my questions. He detected the leak was from the dishwasher, and we needed to do some mitigation. He helped connecting us with a provider. We are still undergoing mitigation and replacement of flooring and cabinets, but working with Berkeys made the process a bit easier to manage. Great service, all round. ~ Fabian H

I would like to give this company a five-star today I had the technician to come out and give me a estimate on replacing some breakers on the breaker box and it was amazing and very customer service very professional very intelligent young guys Mr Edgar the technician wasn't phenomenal and the guy he had with him was great I would recommend these people to anybody they do such a great job they explain everything to you they try to give you discounts at the greatest end we also signed up for the weekly I mean the monthly plan sorry about that the money plan it's amazing we definitely need it we've been in this house over 60 years it is a blessing I'm grateful I'm grateful I'm great for you guys truly have to go with this guy go with Becky plumbing and air condition and electricity these guys are amazing thank you so much I appreciate everything that you guys did today you are truly a gift from God thank you very much Mr Michael Jenkins. ~ Michael “

Our AC downstairs went out and I had two companies look at it. I called Berkeys and they were able to adjust appointments and come out same day. The technician Cesar came out and gave us four options and excellent advice. We made the choice and I was surprised that they were able to come out the next morning. Edil and his team showed the next day, told me what they were going to do, and then got the job done ahead of schedule. He took me up to the attic, explained the AHU, then took me outside and showed me and explained about the outside unit. I want to thank Berkeys for being there “ when you need us” and slogan is what they live up to! ~ Alexsonia G

We were in a bad situation with our plumbing. Older home in an older areas and our bathroom plumbing is suddenly clogged up. I reached out to Berkleys for help. The customer service person was super helpfull, she made us an appointment for that evening and made sure we would know who our tech was and when he was headed to our home. Our tech was very thorough in assessing what we needed done. He corrected the problem, made sure our lines were flowing as well as giving us advice to keep it from happening again!! 5 Stars for this team who really care. ~ Suzanne T

We had initial plumbing issues mainly sewerage blockages due to roots etc growing in them and had them come out and provide an initial service and tbh wasn't super happy with the first guy, but we called and asked for a second tech to remedy the situation and they sent out another guy named Matt later that same day and he was exceptional and knowledgeable and took care of the issues with no additional charges. They provided several different quotes for partial and full repair but at the end of the day fixed the current problem and my wife and I are very happy with the overall result 👍 ~ Jake D

Berkeys has been a fantastic company to work with from a full AC system installation last year to a recent service call to replace a noisy, vibrating fan motor. Dustin was our technician; he worked closely with us to arrange our availability. He was very competent and quickly assessed the problem. His friendly and professional customer service was second to none. He arranged a next day installation with a new part. Today we had Berkey's replace several of our cannister lights in our home. Brian Garcia was our technician, and he did an outstanding job. We have been using Berkey's for all of our electrical work in our home for years and have always had fantastic results. Brian is a great representative of Berkey's, neat, very personable and polite. That is the "Berkey's Standard" we have experienced over many years. No matter your needs, Berkey's can do the work you need done in a professional and flawless manner. Both water heaters are out at 5am this morning- I called just to leave a message at 5:50am this morning and they actually have a live person answering the phone! She scheduled me for a few hours later. The service tech , Derrick Olwalia, was great! He offered several options for replacement. They set up the repairs for the next day which is Saturday! Amazing customer service and response time on this call! I bought a MVP plan that takes care of my service calls on electrical, AC, and plumbing. Such a great deal from a great company! Exceptional installation team. Fast and efficient. Ryan Rock was the Sales Manager and did a great job of explaining the process. Daniel Virgil was the key Technician who managed the installation. Daniel did a great job of not only directing his team in the installation process but he also took the time to give thorough instructions on operating the new A/C System (and thermostat). Bryan Garcia made the modifications to the electrical panel in a quick and efficient manner. Overall, it was a great experience. I highly recommend Berkeys and their expert team. ~ Ed S

I had Berkeys install 3 HVAC and 2 water heater tanks. I'm extremely impressed and satisfied with the quality of the installation. Their prices are also very competitive. In addition, I had the need for a couple of follow up repairs that were covered under warranty. Last night there was a minor leak (most likely caused by the winter storm), I called them around 11pm, there were at my house at midnight and fixed the problem on the spot. Your service guy was very very knowledgeable. I needed him to evaluate how both my A/C and furnace were performing and also to inspect the outdoor fan unit for AC. He checked to make sure I didn’t have a clog that previously caused a drip from a drain by the back porch eve of the house. He inspected everything in the attic and we discussed the age of both AC and furnace. Again his inspection was great and I definitely will call your company when I need anything. My wife and I decided to have everything knocked out all at once, so we scheduled our electrical inspection, plumbing inspection, and HVAC inspection all in the same day. Each technician arrived on time, was courteous and helpful, and communicated well and answered all the questions that we had. We were especially impressed and thankful for Bryan Garcia, who went above and beyond the call of duty in assisting us with electrical repairs and installations. Noticed today that my garbage disposal was leaking, so I reached out to Berkeys Plumbing/AC/Electrical and received same day service not too long after I called. The initial phone call was great and the dispatcher was very pleasant. The technician Charles M. did an amazing job. I was very frustrated that a plmbing issue had not been ressolved after have two young men look for the problem. When Kevin arrived, he listened to my concerns, carefully reviewed the work that had been done previously and listened to what I was needing. He evaluated, took photos and then discussed with me in great detail what could be done. It was exactly what I was needing. TODAY two youong men came to my house and followed Kevin's directions. One benefit of Berkeys annual maintenance agreement involves an inspection of your electrical, plumbing and air-conditioning systems. We had our electrical inspection today and the technician did an excellent job of identifying where all the GFI circuits are located, testing them and making sure everything isn’t working order. I found the technician to be very well-versed and courteous in her services ~ Dave P

I had a wonderful experience today from a Berkeys my heater was not working properly and Courtney from Berkeys show up with a great attitude on time and he went to work and within a hour my heat was working again. I have had two great experiences with Berkeys and both times I have been impressed and satisfied with their work. Great service . I finally found a Company and Specialist that I can stick with and refer to my customers . Ronaldo Ramirez was a super nice gentleman who jumped all over my stoppage problem like a Pro !! He also was very informative which I was eager to listen to his advice ! Aside from having to wait longer than expected, all went well. While waiting they did send two updates, though. When the tech, Matthew arrived, the heater inspection went as well all of our other inspections thru out the many years. It was thorough and timely. He pointed out two minor areas that could be improved as well as the pros and cons of not doing them, then. Have no problem with him coming back to our home again! ~ thomassullivan66
